Job description
The Clinical Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in the Pediatric ICU. This position involves evaluating patients, creating care plans, and executing nursing interventions. The nurse will work closely with the healthcare team, track patient progress through documentation, and uphold safety protocols while overseeing support personnel. Applicants must possess a valid RN license in Florida and have earned an Associate’s degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing being preferred. A background of 1 to 3 years in a similar setting is mandatory, in addition to valid BLS and PALS certifications.
