Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients’ conditions and creating tailored treatment plans that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and nursing personnel to provide direct therapy and maintain seamless care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to understand their physical capabilities and needs.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective therapy.
- Ensure continuity of care throughout the patient’s rehabilitation process.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensing in the state of practice.
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program is required.
