**Food & Beverage Team Leader**
The Food & Beverage Team Leader is responsible for managing daily operations, which encompass inventory control, adherence to food safety practices, and merchandising strategies, all aimed at providing an exceptional experience for guests. This position involves guiding, mentoring, and coaching a team of hourly staff to achieve sales objectives and uphold store standards. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. This role demands the capability to handle physically challenging tasks, work a variable schedule, and exhibit excellent leadership and communication abilities.
