**Job Title: FHARPS Program Compliance Manager**
The FHARPS Program Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to program standards and contractual obligations while managing data integrity and quality assurance processes. This role serves as a key point of contact among state hospitals, correctional facilities, and community organizations, facilitating effective housing solutions and improving operational performance. Applicants should hold a master’s degree in a pertinent field such as social services or public administration, paired with a minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health, forensic services, or program management. Candidates must demonstrate robust analytical abilities, familiarity with government-funded initiatives, and expertise in data tracking systems.
