**Job Title: Team Leader**
The Team Leader plays a crucial role in enhancing daily food service operations by guiding team members, upholding company standards, and ensuring overall operational excellence. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, overseeing shift transitions, and addressing operational challenges when management is unavailable. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in leadership roles, retail, or the food service industry, as well as the willingness to work a flexible, rotating schedule.
