**Job Title: Front End Team Leader**
In the role of Front End Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day front-end functions, ensuring that associate productivity, customer service quality, and store upkeep meet our standards. You will be tasked with overseeing payroll budgets, facilitating merchandising processes, and aiding in the recruitment and training of store staff. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have 1–2 years of supervisory experience within a retail setting. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
