Job description
**Job Title: Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front-end team, which includes monitoring employee productivity, upholding customer service excellence, and ensuring store upkeep. This position involves overseeing payroll budgets, supporting the recruitment and training processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and merchandising standards. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, candidates should be physically capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
