Job description
The Director of Hardware Engineering will oversee a dynamic team responsible for prioritizing product development, conducting risk evaluations, and shaping the technology roadmap. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration to advance product design from the prototyping phase to full-scale production, all while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, along with significant experience in the development of consumer products and team leadership. Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with project management software, and experience in mentoring teams on statistical process control are crucial for success in this position.
