Job description
The role of Assistant Store Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day functions of the store, coordinating employee schedules, and driving overall store success. This position also includes contributing to the creation of operational strategies, training staff members, and upholding exceptional standards for both customer service and store hygiene. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of relevant retail experience and be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or its equivalent is advantageous, and candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and the capacity to engage in physical activities, such as lifting weights up to 45 pounds.
