Job description
The Assistant Restaurant General Manager collaborates with the Restaurant General Manager to manage the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes overseeing staff training, managing inventory, and creating work schedules. The role requires a commitment to upholding exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and adhering to brand standards, all while promoting a supportive team environment. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, have competency in Microsoft Office, and hold a valid driver’s license. Additionally, a ServSafe certification is mandatory, as well as the capacity to effectively supervise team performance and uphold restaurant safety protocols.
