Job description
The Key Carrier serves in a managerial capacity while on duty, supervising the store’s operations, upholding company standards, and leading the team effectively. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, resolving customer service challenges, and ensuring adherence to all store policies and labor regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and 6 months in a leadership role. This position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, along with the capability to coach team members and assign tasks effectively.
