**Engineering Manager**
The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of product development engineers, focusing on achieving quality and minimizing warranty claims while supervising repair centers throughout North America. This role encompasses the management of new product development, conducting product testing, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry regulations. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, materials testing, and team leadership. Strong skills in SolidWorks, problem-solving techniques, and automotive tools are essential.
