Job description
The Store Manager Trainee will take charge of guiding store staff, overseeing daily operational activities, and upholding exceptional customer service and sales results. This role includes executing company strategies, ensuring adherence to policies, and promoting a team-oriented atmosphere to meet store objectives. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and capable of performing physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds and utilizing store equipment. Previous experience in retail management is necessary, and candidates should be willing to travel to different store locations for training purposes.
