Job description
**Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing their vehicle service requirements, recording any issues, and offering repair cost estimates. They play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment, addressing customer concerns, and guiding the operations of the service center. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license with a clean safety history and be able to successfully complete a drug test and medical evaluation. A minimum of six months’ experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
