**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager will be in charge of managing all aspects of store operations during their designated shifts. This includes responsibilities related to cost management, inventory oversight, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will set a positive example for the team, promoting compliance with company policies, maintaining a tidy store environment, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Applicants should demonstrate strong mathematical abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, in addition to managing staff and operational duties efficiently. This position also demands physical endurance to perform tasks like lifting, standing for extended durations, and navigating various delivery scenarios.
