Job description
The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of store operations throughout their shift, which includes monitoring expenses, managing inventory, and supervising staff. They are expected to uphold company policies, ensure the store remains clean and organized, and deliver outstanding customer service. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and demonstrate strong skills in mathematics, communication, and multitasking. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance are necessary for delivery responsibilities.
