Job description
The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing on labor and food cost management, as well as enhancing store performance. This position involves recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to maintain exceptional service and quality standards. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and availability for flexible shifts, including weekends, are essential.
