Job description
The General Manager will oversee the full spectrum of store operations, which encompasses cost management, inventory control, cash handling, and fostering positive customer relationships. This role requires leading by example to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding excellent service quality and profitability standards. Applicants should have robust leadership capabilities, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently, alongside effective management of staff and daily store activities. A current driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle are necessary for any delivery responsibilities.
