Job description
The Shift Leader will supervise the daily functions of the restaurant, focusing on team performance, food quality, and service efficiency. This role also includes administrative responsibilities such as tracking labor, sales, and food expenses, while providing guidance and coaching to team members. Ideal candidates should possess one to two years of supervisory experience within the food service industry and exhibit strong organizational capabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
