The General Manager is tasked with managing all aspects of store operations, which encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, and cash handling procedures. Additionally, this role requires leading the team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding exceptional customer service levels. Applicants should have robust leadership abilities, proficiency in mathematics, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks to efficiently run store operations. A valid driver’s license along with an insured vehicle is necessary for any delivery responsibilities.
