**Grooming Salon Leader**
The Grooming Salon Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, which includes managing staff schedules, tracking inventory levels, and supervising team members to guarantee exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The role involves providing skilled grooming services while ensuring a safe and tidy atmosphere for pets. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of professional grooming experience and demonstrate effective leadership capabilities; prior experience in salon management is advantageous. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the capability to work with pets of differing temperaments and the willingness to commit to a full-time work schedule.
