**Area Practice Manager**
The Area Practice Manager is responsible for the daily operational management of the Boise Heart Institute, which encompasses overseeing clinical staff, physicians, and advanced practice providers at various locations. This role includes ensuring strong financial performance, upholding quality standards, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures in conjunction with medical directors. Applicants should have a master’s degree in business or a healthcare-related discipline, as well as a minimum of ten years of pertinent experience. Additionally, candidates must have at least seven years in a leadership or management position and a background in collaborative work with physicians in a dyad structure.
