**Head Cashier**
The Head Cashier is responsible for leading a team of cashiers, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service while maintaining operational efficiency. Key duties involve managing register supplies, coordinating staff breaks, aiding in the hiring and training process, and upholding store security and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates should be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have 1-2 years of recent experience in a cashier role. Strong leadership abilities, a willingness to work a flexible schedule, and the physical capacity to lift up to 30 lbs are essential attributes for applicants.
