**Job Title: Client Success Manager**
The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing client relationships by serving as a reliable advisor, promoting the adoption of our platform, and facilitating the realization of its value. This role will represent customer feedback within the company, working closely with various teams to initiate product enhancements and address intricate challenges. Applicants should possess 1-3 years of experience in a client-centered position within an Enterprise SaaS environment or supplier management. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of professional experience is necessary, along with exceptional communication abilities and expertise in CRM tools.
