Job description
The Site Director is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of a licensed preschool program while ensuring adherence to Title 22 regulations and maintaining safety standards. This role involves guiding staff development, managing the budget, and cultivating strong relationships with children, families, and community partners. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a valid Child Development Site Supervisor or Program Director Permit. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in a group environment is essential, along with up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
