**Store Manager**
The Store Manager oversees the everyday functions, staff management, and financial success of a retail establishment. Primary responsibilities encompass inventory control, adhering to loss prevention protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the morale programs for the Coast Guard. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in retail management or an assistant management capacity. Additionally, applicants must be able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and successfully complete a federal background screening.
