Job description
**Job Title: Director of Development**
The Director of Development will spearhead the agency’s fundraising initiatives, fostering donor relationships, and enhancing team effectiveness to boost philanthropic contributions. This role involves overseeing major gift portfolios, directing fundraising campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to support the growth of the organization. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree alongside a minimum of seven years of advancing experience in nonprofit fundraising, with at least three years in a managerial capacity. Expertise in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform, as well as a demonstrated history of managing donor portfolios successfully, is essential.
