The Director of Development will lead fundraising efforts across individual, institutional, and corporate channels to support school-based programming. They are responsible for building a disciplined development operation, managing donor portfolios, and overseeing grant strategy. Candidates must have at least 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a proven track record in donor cultivation and staff management. Strong written communication skills and familiarity with the Los Angeles education funder landscape are required.
