**Junior Field Manager**
The Junior Field Manager is responsible for overseeing daily crew activities, coordinating material management, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards at various job sites. This position involves direct communication with clients and maintaining precise electronic inspection documentation and other necessary paperwork. Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience in the construction or landscaping sectors and must hold a valid driver’s license. The role also necessitates the physical capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
