**Job Title: Senior Mental Health Associate**
The Senior Mental Health Associate is responsible for supervising overnight operations within a residential facility, which encompasses staff scheduling, managing employee relations, and executing treatment plans. This role prioritizes resident safety, coordinates residential activities, and ensures adherence to regulatory and clinical guidelines. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with three years of pertinent experience, or an associate or bachelor’s degree combined with one year of experience in a behavioral health environment. A valid driver’s license from NJ and a minimum age of 21 are also prerequisites for this position.
