**Job Title: Key Holder**
The Key Holder oversees retail team members, coordinates day-to-day operations, and upholds outstanding customer service and animal care practices. This role involves opening and closing the store, ensuring merchandising guidelines are met, and serving as the main contact when management is unavailable. Candidates should possess prior retail experience, with a preference for those who have served in key holder or supervisory positions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving abilities, as well as the capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a flexible work schedule.
