Job description
As a team member, your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, managing the cash register, and offering product recommendations while ensuring the store’s visual standards are upheld. You will also have the opportunity to acquire entry-level management skills by overseeing shifts and supporting the food program. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in retail or customer service and be ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, and you should be capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 60 pounds.
