Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Property and Casualty
Deliver precise and effective assistance to both clients and agents concerning property and casualty policies as well as billing inquiries. Address service-related challenges, record customer requirements, and execute policy modifications that necessitate a valid insurance license. Applicants must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license without any current appointments. Additionally, a confirmed high school diploma or GED is mandatory for this role.
