Job description
The Lead Educator plays a crucial role in guiding a teaching team to deliver a top-notch, age-appropriate curriculum. In addition to being a curriculum specialist, this position involves mentoring new educators and ensuring seamless communication with families. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a reputable child care or preschool environment. A Child Development Associate credential with an educational plan or an associate’s degree in early childhood education is mandatory.
