The Lead Maintenance HVAC Technician plays a crucial role in addressing residential service needs, encompassing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. This position also involves overseeing apartment turnovers and ensuring the upkeep of the property’s grounds and communal spaces. Applicants should possess prior experience in apartment maintenance and hold a valid HVAC (EPA) certification.
