**Job Title: Program Manager**
The Program Manager oversees intricate customer programs from the moment a contract is awarded until the final delivery, making certain that all technical, operational, and financial obligations are fulfilled. Acting as the main liaison for customers, they facilitate collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related area and a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical or manufacturing program management. A deep familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems, along with the capability to guide cross-functional teams in a regulated setting, is essential.
