Job description
The Lead Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing property maintenance, executing repairs, and maintaining the condition of both individual units and shared spaces. This position also involves guiding and training the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks adhere to safety standards and organizational policies. Applicants should possess previous experience in maintenance management, a valid driver’s license, as well as their own set of tools and a vehicle. A strong background in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is essential, along with the capability to be available for on-call shifts.
