Job description
Job Title: Program Facilitator
In this role, you will lead engaging hands-on activities that encompass fitness, STEAM disciplines, and academic support while serving as a positive influence for children. You’ll be responsible for overseeing program operations, which include managing attendance logs, handling registrations, and ensuring compliance with both state regulations and school policies. A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent college credits is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with children, including at least one year in a leadership capacity. Additionally, candidates must successfully pass health screenings and be physically fit enough to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
