Job description
The Make Ready Technician is tasked with executing maintenance, repairs, and painting in unoccupied apartments to prepare them for the market. Additionally, this role involves general upkeep of the grounds and prompt completion of all service requests. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of general maintenance, painting techniques, and grounds upkeep, as well as hold a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation. The position demands a reliable and punctual person who is open to working a flexible schedule and being on call as needed.
