**Job Title:** Underwriter
The Underwriter will evaluate and underwrite various commercial credit transactions, which encompass commercial real estate, commercial and industrial (C&I), and small business financing. This role involves structuring loan terms, evaluating risk, and delivering thoroughly supported credit proposals to upper management. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in commercial underwriting, backed by a solid understanding of financial and tax analysis. Additionally, candidates must be adept at managing intricate credit structures and demonstrate outstanding communication abilities.
