Job description
**Position Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and autonomous nursing care. This role involves evaluating patients, formulating care plans, and working alongside the interdisciplinary team. Additionally, the nurse acts as a resource for other healthcare professionals, advocates for patients and their families, and engages in data collection efforts aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nursing license in Georgia and either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with 12 months of nursing experience or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) paired with 2 years of experience. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory, and other certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on departmental needs.
