**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store, which includes organizing inventory, maintaining product displays, and overseeing staff. This role focuses on boosting sales, coordinating store opening and closing procedures, and delivering top-notch customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent along with a minimum of 2 years of management experience. The position demands the physical capability to lift weights up to 25 lbs, use ladders, and accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
