**Job Title: Operations Lead**
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the cell to guarantee safe and efficient production that aligns with quality and delivery objectives. This role involves offering direct technical assistance, training team members, and addressing operational challenges across multiple departments. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, machining, or turbine repair. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and possessing basic computer skills, particularly with ERP systems, is essential.
