**Merchandising Assistant Manager**
The Merchandising Assistant Manager oversees the daily activities of store associates, emphasizing impactful merchandising and streamlined freight handling. This position is tasked with upholding store standards, protecting company assets, and fostering a welcoming shopping environment for customers. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in retail and management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The job entails the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and engage in regular manual activities, including walking, standing, and restocking merchandise.
