Job description
The IT Support Specialist acts as the main resource for internal personnel, offering technical support and troubleshooting services. This role involves identifying and resolving hardware and software problems, enabling staff to effectively contribute to the organization’s client-centered objectives. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar area is highly desirable, and candidates should have extensive familiarity with the Microsoft technology suite. Additionally, strong communication skills are essential, along with the willingness to travel to multiple office sites throughout Minnesota.
