Job description
The Assistant Manager of Merchandising oversees daily store operations, directing team members in aspects such as merchandising, processing freight, and upholding store standards. This position also involves supporting the Store Manager in managing inventory, enhancing sales floor performance, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Applicants should possess previous experience in retail and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The job necessitates physical capacity to lift weights up to 50 lbs and to carry out frequent walking, standing, and hands-on tasks.
