**Job Title: Lab Planner**
The Lab Planner will spearhead architectural programming and planning for facilities dedicated to science and technology, working in collaboration with project teams to formulate space programs and lab systems. This role includes the vital responsibility of ensuring that designs comply with all regulatory standards and building codes, while fostering robust relationships with clients. Ideal candidates should possess more than 8 years of experience in architectural lab programming and project architecture, with a preference for those who are architecturally registered. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is essential, along with strong communication skills to effectively oversee project teams and meet client expectations.
