**Merchandising Assistant Manager**
The Merchandising Assistant Manager oversees store personnel in the execution of daily tasks, concentrating on merchandising strategies, handling freight, and upholding store presentation standards. This position also supports the Store Manager with managing inventory, strategic sales planning, and fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for both customers and employees. Applicants should possess previous experience in retail and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The position necessitates physical capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs and engage in frequent walking, standing, and manual labor activities.
