**Job Title: Lead Restoration Technician**
The Lead Restoration Technician is in charge of managing restoration projects that involve water, mold, and fire damage from inception to completion. This role entails guiding teams, executing specialized restoration procedures, and guaranteeing exceptional customer service while adhering to safety regulations. Applicants should possess 2-5 years of experience in restoration and demonstrate effective leadership abilities. Preferred credentials include IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications, along with a solid understanding of DASH restoration software.
