Job description
**Merchandising Lead**
The Merchandising Lead is responsible for managing the daily activities on the sales floor, which includes restocking items, upholding product standards, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. This role involves overseeing team members by offering training, delegating tasks, and creating a cooperative work atmosphere to achieve organizational objectives. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have at least 6 months of experience in retail and customer service. While not mandatory, experience in leadership roles, supervising teams, and managing staff responsibilities is highly desirable.
