**Job Title: Operations Leader**
The Operations Leader is in charge of managing inventory, overseeing replenishment processes, and executing visual merchandising strategies to drive operational success and enhance store performance. This role also involves mentoring and developing team members to provide outstanding customer service while upholding company standards. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of leadership experience, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds, and have flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
